Things I Like

While I’ve discovered that making food from scratch is the easiest way to go, there are a couple gluten-free and lactose-free products I found that I actually like:


Gluten-Free Products I Like:

  • ·         Bob’s Red Mill Oat Flour
  • ·         Bob’s Red Mill Xanthum Gum
  • ·         Udi’s bread
  • ·         Food Should Taste Good
  • ·         Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta
  •       Mary's Gone Crackers
  • ·         Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flax Seed
  •       Liz Lovely Gluten-Free Triple Chocolate Mint Cookies!!!

Gluten-Free Products to Avoid:
·         Pre-packaged desserts – the texture is funky and doesn’t have a great taste.  You’re better off making your own from scratch.
·         Brown rice bread
·         Millet bread

Lactose-Free Products I Like:
·         Purely Decadent Diary Free Ice Cream
·         Pacific Natural Foods Almond Milk
·         Bestlife buttery spread
